California storm loss of life arrives at 17 as floods and outrageous breeze unleash devastation

The most recent in a progression of extraordinary winter storms kept on lashing Northern California on Tuesday, bringing tempests, weighty downpour, wind and hail to the waterlogged locale as the loss of life from the super weather conditions climbs.
The consecutive climatic waterways that have battered the Brilliant State have prompted something like 17 passings, including those of two drivers who kicked the bucket early Tuesday in an accident on Expressway 99 in Tulare District when a tree that had been struck by lightning fell onto the street, specialists said.

“These circumstances are serious and they’re destructive,” Gov. Gavin Newsom said during a news gathering in Capitola on Tuesday, adding that the quantity of passings “unfortunately is probably going to develop.”
